About Us

• Electronic Connection Corporation was founded in October of 1989 by Raymond and Ronald Gorski as a lead wire processing and wire terminating manufacturer. The company remained in their control for 21 years.
• In November of 2009, Raymond and Ronald retired and sold the company to Connecticut businessman Barry Lerman, who has spent the last 30 years developing a sucessful packaging distribution and manufacturing business.
• Sean Chilson became President and Chief Operating Officer upon the sale and will continue the operation with the same commitment to excellence that our customers have come to expect from Electronic Connection Corporation.
• ECC will continue to provide our customers a superior product with unparelleled expertise and workmanship providing every customer with the highest quality product on time, every time. We look forward to working with you on your wiring needs.

Management

• Barry S. Lerman – CEO
  Barry graduated from Bryant University with a degree in Business Administration/Finance. He has spent most of his career in the packaging world building a manufacturing and distribution company that provides plastic bottles and glass bottles, along with closures, sprayers and other ancillary items to the packaging world. Barry’s role provides leadership to the sales, manufacturing and administrative teams.
• Sean R. Chilson – President and Chief Operating Officer. During the past 30 years Sean has held several senior positions in manufacturing and operations management within the electronics and aerospace industries. He directs all functions of the company. He attended Post College and the University of Connecticut and has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management.
• Melinda Farley – Customer Service and Purchasing Coordinator Melinda has been with ECC for 16 years and looks forward to continuing her relationship with customers and suppliers alike.
• Maura Chilson – CFO
  Maura graduated from Central Connecticut State College with a degree in Business Administration focus on Statistics. She has years of experience working with United Technologies followed by Connecticut Special Olympics where she held the position of VP of Finance. Maura is responsible for all bookkeeping functions including payroll, administration, payables and receivables.
