Miniature Wire Processing

Our processing of miniature wires demonstrates the precision and quality that exemplifies all of the products supplied by Electronic Connection Corporation. We can process wire lengths of less than 1 1/2″ in wire sizes of AWG 36-28. Insulation of PVC, irradiated and cross-linked, IPVC, PVC-Nylon, Kynar, Kapton, Silicon,and Teflons including thin wall versions can all be supplied with tolerences of +/- .015.

Miniature wires can be supplied stripped, semi-stripped and tinned. For example, we have provided an AWG 34 19/strand teflon wire stripped 1/8″ and tinned 1/16 +/- 1/32″ with no wicking. We were able to maintain this tight tolerance through flux mixture and solder pot temperature control and ECC process inspection proceedures.
