Induction Tinning: Our method for treating wire as an alternative to hand dipping offers a substantial cost reduction. Our tinning process is unique. We pass multi-stranded wire through intense heat which reflows the plating to individual strands which allows the wire to take on the characteristics of a single, solid conductor. This eliminates any possibility of “brooming”.

Tinning: We have the ability to tin or partially tin to mil spec. using various alloys.

Forming; Custom shaping of your wire to your specifications.

Coaxial Cable Processing: Coaxial shielded cable can be processed at one or both ends and center cut. We can step down one, two or three jackets and or in any specification required. Tinning can be applied to coaxial shielded cable using the same tinning processes as stranded wire.
